Products, Pricing and Availability
We try to describe products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. Colors and finishes may look different on screen than in person. Prices, promotions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount paid.
Orders and Payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only when we confirm it and the item is available. Payment must be received in full, or as otherwise agreed in writing, before items are released, delivered or installed. Applicable sales tax will be added.
Delivery, Pickup and Installation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. For delivered or installed items, you are responsible for providing a clear, accessible path and a suitable space, and for letting us know in advance about stairs, tight turns or other access issues. Please inspect your items at pickup or delivery and report any problems as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns, Refunds and Warranties
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. New products are covered only by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Except for the manufacturer’s warranty and as required by law, products and services are provided “as is,” and Royal Billiard & Recreation makes no other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Used, refurbished and “as-is” items are sold without any warranty.
